In 2023, the Association Federation WaihonaPedia emerged from our foundation. In order to also formally give paying participants the voice needed for democratic direction, this is an association of legal entities where each member is represented through the authoritative general membership meeting. 6 (soon thereafter 7) participants on the WaihonaPedia platform have jointly established this association.
As of January 1, 2024, the following activities will be carried out by this association
- Listening to (members of) the participants
- Hospitality (community management) for participants
- Activation (campaigns) of participants who want to contribute
- Publications for all communication channels of the participants
- Platform management (management, innovation and Strategy) remains the task of this foundation.
For non-paying members (Netherlands) and international members this foundation remains the partner in close cooperation with the federation.

We are able to do more thanks to our partners;
- XWiki.com, this support organization knows all about WaihonaPedia's technology and guards our platform from intruders. They take care of Backups so that our information is always safe. Through a service agreement we are assured of their services 7 * 24 hours and they can offer additional services when needed.
- Noeste IJver These Design Gurus can give our information exactly that look and feel and make access ever more accessible (for example, on your phone). They make their services available whenever the need arises.
